Really a variation of Meteor Mash?
Its power, accuracy, and BP are the same. But they have different chances of their secondary effect (10% for Play Rough and 20% for Meteor Mash), and it's a different type of effect at that (Play Rough lowers an opponent's stat and Meteor Mash raises a user's stat). I think that makes them just barely too different to be variations, but what does everyone else think? — KiANGLO TALK 05:42, 8 June 2016 (UTC)
