Erm, isn't this card actually a Baby Pokémon rather than Basic? I can't read Japanese, but the stage is identical to the CoroCoro Smoochum (the only Japanese Baby image I could find offhand.). I would edit it myself, but there is a minute chance that the Smoochum I used as a reference ISN'T a Baby (as I can't read Japanese), though this is of course highly unlikely.
