I've checked a Original Magearna in Pokémon Refresh (through PkHex). Hello. While you shouldn't take my word alone for it, I seem to have discovered that the exact region Ninjask hates to to be touched is the grey parts of its mask / face. While a bit annoying to constantly reach / pet, it would seems touching said region for a while will make Ninjask lash at you. Maybe someone can try it and record a video of it to verify what i said.
