Battle Style

I think the page should maybe include an explaination of the different 'battle styles'. Basically, 'shift' is the standard setting, where after you defeat each of the oppont's pokemon, you're asked if you'd like to switch pokemon, whereas with 'set' you keep playing with the same pokemon until it's KO'd or you switch it out, etc. I'm sure someone else can put it more eloquently.--Oatzy 22:21, 9 April 2010 (UTC)

Pokémon Ranger joke

In Pokémon Ranger, Professor Hastings makes a joke about the Options menu in Pokémon games. Something about how they need to reconsider their options, and then he clarifies he's not talking about things like text settings. He even calls it an "inside joke". Is this notable in any way to mention here, or is it too minor? 1337star (talk) 04:29, 11 January 2013 (UTC)

It's already on breaking the fourth wall; it probably could be put here too. --Abcboy (talk) 04:38, 11 January 2013 (UTC)
It'd be nice to check the equivalent Japanese text to confirm that it is not a localization "easter egg". SatoMew 23:31, 26 January 2014 (UTC)

L = A in HG/SS vs X/Y

Maybe I'm just crazy, but I remember using the L=A setting in Soul Silver and not having any trouble. But in X, I found it more annoying than helpful, because it applies even in the PC, so it's no longer possible to switch boxes using the L/R buttons. I'm sure in HG/SS, even with this setting, L/R would switch boxes in the PC. Can anyone confirm? (talk) 04:41, 1 July 2014 (UTC)

MDRB

In multiple descriptions, "enaling" is used instead of enabling. Is this intentional? Eragon4 (talk) 21:22, 5 June 2023 (UTC)

Appears to simply be a typo that was carried over when copied and pasted. Fixed now. Landfish7 08:02, 7 June 2023 (UTC)
