::The regular sprite is from Gold and Silver, whereas the Shiny sprite is from Crystal. == Weakness ==

If Vulpix or Ninetales has their Hidden Ability (Drought), it functions the same as having Sunny Day. When Sunny Day is active, Water type moves are reduced to 50%. If that is the case (and please correct me if I am wrong) would the effective damage of Water type moves against a Vulpix / Ninetales with Drought effectively be 1x and not 2x, due to the 50% Water Type reduction.
I was just looking under the "Type Effectiveness" section and noticed it wasn't under the Notes.
Can anyone verify / double check with me please?

True, it simulates weather. But it's not caused by a move or environment. It's a continuous and passive trait of that specific pokemon, making it a constant effect. == Needs redirect ==
For some reason, [[Ninetales_(Pokemon)]] doesn't redirect here, even though every other pokemon I've tried it with has that style of redirect.
