Just judgement with 10 less power, physical, and doesn't get bonus 20% damage from plates' bonus, which memories lack.
Regarding the research template on the page
I experimented with these questions about Multi-Attack and I found out that:
- Since RKS System cannot be changed into another ability, Klutz, Normalize, Pixilate, Refrigerate, Aerilate and Galvanize cannot have any effect on Silvally's Multi-Attack, because it's impossible to give it said ability.
- On Magic Room, Multi-Attack will not take the memory into consideration and will turn into a Normal-type attack.
- On Ion Deluge, Multi-Attack will turn into an Electric-type move if Silvally is not holding any memory.
- On Electrify, Multi-Attack will turn into an Electric-type move regardless of the memory it's holding.
I am not sure if the questions about abilities should be left there or should be removed because of the nature of RKS System, but I will leave them there just in case a Bulbagarden editor takes a decision.
If anyone wants/needs a battle video for proof, please tell me.
