:::::Adding to that, IIRC Butch/Cassidy's Drowzee was also using Metronome. Togepi's Metronome could have become some kind of protective move while Drowzee's became Explosion/Self Destruct/Similar. * Togetic is the first anime Pokémon hatched from an Egg that could evolve twice (later followed by [[Ash's Larvitar]], [[Brock's Chansey|Brock's Happiny]], [[Misty's Azurill]] and [[Dawn's Quilava|Dawn's Cyndaquil]]), though it was not able to do so when it was last seen, as Togekiss was not introduced until Generation IV. | |||
This is indicating that Pokémon who don't evolve twice have have hatched from an egg before that. Wouldn't it be better if that trivia gave the right indication and just flat out says it's the first Pokémon in the anime that hatched from an egg in general? I have seen all the episodes of the Pokémon anime, and I can confirm that it is the first Pokémon egg in the anime. | |||
