I was going crazy looking for something that would tell me how to get the swarms in HeartGold and SoulSilver... Finally, I went to Serebii.net where it said that by going to Pokemon Talk radio channel it would tell me what swarms were happening and where. :Yes, that is correct, and yes, it should be in the article.
