:::::Ill see if I can explain. This occurs if the two simultaneous fainting pokemon are in the first and second slot. In order to fix it, select one of your pokemon that isnt knocked out. At the Summery/Check moves/Shift screen, hit "Shift" as normal. You will be returned to the main pokemon selection screen. At this point, tap the fainted first-slot pokemon. This will shift the non-fainted pokemon into the first slot, as if you had changed its order out of battle. At this point you can proceed normally. Hope that cleared it up.
