Are these used purely to pick up the correct sprites? As far as I can see, every individual unown's species is the same.


Yes, they all have the same Pokédex entry (201). As far as I knowm the entry data for slots 413-439 is empty, and they're only sprites. This means that all Unown data is in the Unown A space and they use the different sprites depending on the personality values. hfc2X 20:17, 6 October 2008 (UTC)
