First, Didn't Ho-Oh and Lugia become Event-Only in generation 3? As far as I know, (and corroborated on their respective pages on Bulbapedia), both of these birds are unobtainable within any of the Gen3 games. | |||
Second, why are Espeon and Umbreon marked as unobtainable in Gen3? They can be evolved within RSE because those games have an in-game clock. Thanks! | |||
