I don't think their natures are random. Of all the people I know, their Reshiram/Zekrom came with good natures. My Zekrom, for example, came Adamant. Other people's Reshiram came Timid and Modest, and other people's Zekrom came either Adamant or Impish. Some of them also came with neutral natures, like Hardy and Serious.
