I just saw that he had a green-colored infobox, and then when i clicked over to the talk page and then back, it was tan! I refreshed, and it was green again. Oh, it must be the fact that his infobox is "Arceus Color". I thought that might be it because of the movie he's in, but i over imagined the color change feature a little, and just wanted to make sure that one time it changed color wasn't a glitch or something.
