Should Magikarp perhaps be considered as being acquired on Route 3 instead?  I know that technically the Mt. Moon Pokémon Center is located on Route 4, but is there anyone who actually thinks of it that way?  And is there any practical reason that it needs to be listed as Route 4? {{unsigned|Schreiber}}
:The Pokémon Center is on Route 4 when Magikarp are obtainable. Therefore, Magikarp are obtainable on route 4. I found Spearows at 00:40, which is considered night, and jigglipuffs are fairly rare. I am playing Herat Gold version, so I changed the numbers a bit.
