Merging Iron Ruins pages

The Iron Ruins in Galar are a near clone for the Sinnoh Iron Ruins, and serve the same purpose - a place to catch Registeel. While I appreciate that they're in different regions, there is precedent for a single article about a location which appears in different regions - namely Altering Cave, which appears in Emerald as well as FireRed and LeafGreen.
