I'm going to have to agree with Stratelier. While "Individual strengths" does sound | I'm going to have to agree with Stratelier. While "Individual strengths" does sound nicer than "Individual values", everyone who understands the concept is used to the term and understands it well enough that changing it now will simply create an unnecessary headache.
