Secondary effects
While this is also true for Fire Fang and Thunder Fang, both of Ice Fang's secondary effects can occur simultaneously (an overall 1% probability). I just nailed a wild Donphan with my Ice Fang Luxray -- it froze Donphan solid, then Donphan immediately thawed out but subsequently flinched. ----Stratelier 03:05, 25 June 2011 (UTC)
