I uploaded it successfully on Bulba achieves with the correct file name, Spr_b_g2_163.png. However the image still is not appearing in the sprite table... and well, I have absolute no knowledge in any of this. Are Hoothoot and Noctowl possibly visual puns on the saying "time flies", which ends in a number of ways including "like an arrow". Hoothoot's clock hand eyebrows do look a little like arrows, and Noctowl has arrowhead markings on it. Forgetting the arrow thing, it does seem like both of these guys might have been based on the saying. If not, it's a nice coincidence.
