:::::The behaviour you saw is consistent with the old formula. I just tested myself on FireRed, an Unown with IVs HP/Atk/Def/Spd/SpA/SpD 13/25/5/15/10/2 was super effective on a Fire-type, which is consistent with the old formula as against this one. Until someone can confirm that this formula is actually used in anything, I am reverting to the old formulae for now. Incidentally, which version did you check?
