:That's a ''really weird'' glitch that happens randomly when you turn on your DSi/3DS and the WiFi capabilities glitch, it will say at the top (if you have your WiFi on): it will basically say the internet on but it doesn't detect it (the '''''exact''''' cause of this is unknown), even if your near a WiFi signal and you have the settings on it for that WiFi router.
