up-->Up

I'm moving it. On this page[1] it says capitalize all words in titles of publication "except a, an, the, at, by, for, in, of, on, to, up, and, as, but, it, or, and nor.", quoted from here[2].

However, if you scroll down it says "prepositions that belong to a phrasal verb" should be capitalized. e.g. "back up" or "fired up". Raykyogrou0 (Talk) 10:12, 29 April 2013 (UTC)
