::::Of course it's not exactly the same, it's "altered". The dex doesn't say "altered by adding a cannon to its back" it says it was altered AND had a cannon attached to its back. But... There's nothing official to go off, just a lot of interesting links that can be drawn between the two. Unless someone actually bothers to ask the design team (which nobody ever does for some reason), I wouldn't say there's enough basis for it to be included in the article.
