:::I think I know why. You're clicking the little ''[edit]'' thing by the title right? That link is for editing the opening section of the page. I.e. the part between the title and the first section heading, which in this case is empty. To edit the whole page you need to click the ''edit this page'' tab right at the top of the page above the site notice.
