On [[Pokémon Smash]] they showed a video of Black {{p|Kyurem}} using {{m|Freeze Shock}} on {{p|Reshiram}}. Now, I could have sworn I saw it use the move immediately, and then charge on the second turn; Ozy's summary of the episode on PokéJungle concurs with this. I assumed this was a special mechanic unique to the two Kyurem formes and added this to the pages for Freeze Shock and {{m|Ice Burn}}. But in the comments, someone claimed that they indeed charged BEFORE using the move, not after (I have since reverted my edits to both pages). The thing is, I distinctly remember seeing Black Kyurem use Freeze Shock immediately, and at least one other person saw the same thing.
