Encounter rate trivia

Pokémon
I've been trying to find a Koffing here for ages on Sapphire, it seems about as impossible as finding a Legendary Beast! Is anyone sure of having met a Koffing here, without using strength, or do they only appear moving past the big boulder?! --sHoggard - rookie Pokéwiz 22:44, 20 April 2011 (UTC)
- Um... as it says in the article, you only have a 2% chance of finding one there. That's pretty rare, but it should be there. Although it'd actually be harder to find than a Legendary Beast, if you're talking about probability—roamers are pretty common once you've reached the route they're on, while 2% is a pretty slim chance. --AndyPKMN (talk) 23:22, 20 April 2011 (UTC)
