I've count sometimes 7 but mostly 6 and once in the manga one had 5 and some had 4.

==Trivia about Melvin's Exeggutor==

The trivia section claims this: 
:"While Melvin's Exeggutor waves goodbye to Ash and his friends at the end of The March of the Exeggutor Squad, additional heads can be seen in the back; this has, to date, appeared in no other media"

This is obviously bull, as ALL the Exeggutor throughout the episode are depicted as having additional heads, this is also the case for the Exeggutor in the episodes Round One Begin! & very briefly in Misty Meets Her Match.  The back sprites for Gen I - III also show a fourth head.

Someone really needs to remove this from the trivia section, I would do it if this wasnt my first ever post... {{unsigned|Vuvuzela2010}}
