I've seen a few Mysterious Treasures and EX Hidden Legends cards where the main box is either to far up or to far down. These include reverse-holo Maganium, Unown M, and Clamperl.

That would be a great idea. But, I'm not sure if we have people out there with those "error" cards? This would be a hard thing to do considering the size of those cards, I don't think that it would look good on the page. Maybe we should make the images small on the page but it is actually bigger don't you think?

:::Oh, thanks for answering my question then. Was looking through my card collection yesterday to see if I had any of these error cards, have a few of them. well, I have an uxie lv X card from the http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Uxie_LV.X_(Legends_Awakened_146) legends awakened set, and the psycic eye and colorless star are so big they almost go out of their colored balls. is this an error? Natnew

I'm guessing this page only shows the most famous and common ones, because I have a Murkrow card from Undaunted that has a misprint, I know for a fact it's real, I got it from an official place, and yet it's not listed on here. Am I correct that it only shows the most common ones? Pokedex493 (talk) 02:58, 21 May 2014 (UTC)
:It's an extremely tough page to keep up to date. It's intent is to list all of them, but it's a bit hard to do when so much is going on all the time. What is your Murkrow error specifically? MaverickNate 14:08, 21 May 2014 (UTC)
::In the information bar underneath the artwork, its Pokédex entry, species, and other things in it are overlapped with Umbreon's. It's this Murkrow card. Pokedex493 (talk) 15:54, 21 May 2014 (UTC)
:::Would you be willing to take a picture of it for me to see? If what I'm thinking is true, you have a manufacturing error, which isn't quite a genuine error card. Manufacturing errors are simply the cards getting messed up in the printing presses somehow. In general, these types of errors happen constantly, but the different possibilities are pretty interesting. An overlay like the one I think you have is more uncommon and interesting, but not entirely an error that is replicated on a vast number of cards. MaverickNate 17:46, 21 May 2014 (UTC)
::::Correction, I took a look at it again, and it's actually not overlapped with Umbreon's information, but it is overlapped with something. It looks like 198 is mixed with 197 and the 'a' and 'n' in Murkrow's species name is mixed with 'b' and 'o.' I'll work on getting a picture taken and I'll put up the link to it when I have it. == Magneton ==

Ok, I don't have the card now, but I did have a Stormfront 42 Magneton card a few years ago that had a pretty hilarious error on it. The Pokédex description read (I am sad that I lack the talent to make this shit up):

"It is actually three MAGNEMITE linke by magnetism. A group can set offa mafnetic storm."

Error on Bastiodon?
I found a Bastiodon Pokemon Card a few days ago in a restaurant, and I didn't check it until just now. I then noticed that the "Stage 1 Evolves from Shieldon" thing incorrectly showed a Picture of Klink instead of Shieldon. I do not know which deck this is from, All I know is that I believe the copy was made in 2016.  DownWithMorayTowers (talk) 22:53, 10 December 2016 (UTC)DownWithMorayTowers

Suggested move
"Error cards" is a bit awkward grammatically (since "error" is not an adjective) and doesn't make its meaning entirely clear — does it mean cards with errors? cards that were never meant to be made? cards that are glitched in the TCG video games? It's not clear which of these is intended until you read the text of the article. Since "Error cards" does not appear to be an official term, I'm proposing a move to the title "Cards with errors", which makes more grammatical sense and, I believe, is a bit clearer in meaning as well. Pumpkinking0192 (talk) 19:01, 10 March 2017 (UTC)
:Error cards is how the fandom has always and will always refer to them. It is also how Wizards refer to this class of cards, and as they were an official compqny for cards, it is the currently most official term we have. MaverickNate 19:21, 10 March 2017 (UTC)
::Then should we mention that this was once used as an official term? Pumpkinking0192 (talk) 19:47, 10 March 2017 (UTC)
:::Personally, I think it's summed up quite well in the first sentence of the page "Error cards are cards in the TCG that have certain elements on the card that are incorrect." Simple. Concise. I think it's fine. Laurenblackfox (talk) 19:55, 10 March 2017 (UTC)

Notice the colorless symbol instead of grass.

:This definitely a cool find. I have been watching ebay ever since you posted to see if I can find another one. Unfortunately I haven't seen one, which makes me think this is more of an unique manufacturing error. == Error Fossil Zapdos and Base Set Machamp ==

The Base Set Machamp with Galaxy foiling isn't an error, it's a variant. It's the version that was included with the Base Set 2 printing of the 2-Player Starter set. Same thing with the Fossil Zapdos listed with the same error, it's from the Thunderstorm gift set's theme deck. Neither is an error and both were printed this way intentionally.

Impostor Professor Oak's Invention
This card should say "Imposter" instead of "Impsotor."

Lum Berry
I am not convinced this card is an error. The more I look at the comma between turns and if, the more it just looks like they used "Justify" on the text, because there is barely any spaces between words on that line to begin with.
Something that is interesting is that the EX Emerald version says "Then, discard Lum Berry" compared to "Then discard Lum Berry". But googling the grammar on "then," seems subjective TheFierceStorm (talk) 02:33, 15 August 2019 (UTC)

Seel (Fates Collide)
In both the English and the Japanese version of the said card, the weight is incorrectly listed as 19.0 kg for the Japanese version and 41.9 lbs for the English version

All of the Seel cards from Diamond and Pearl through to this Seel card also have Metal Weakness, instead of the correct Grass Weakness.

McDonald's Set 2021 Misprints
There is a chance that the holo card in this will be a bleed misprint (where the whole card is a holo), can somebody add that? I got one and tried to take a picture but the non-image part of the holo didn't really show up at at all. All holos can have this.

Rarity and population details in Original Series section
In my opinion, the way the Original Series error cards are described makes this article feel less encyclopedic and more like a record for collectors with a particular interest in collecting these cards. I've also noticed that the other sections of the article, especially the ones for newer expansions, aren't written in the same way. I'm not very knowledgeable on the original TCG series, so I'd rather get a second opinion before going and removing/rewriting them myself. My opinion is that the population details should at least be reformatted in a way that is more readable in an encyclopedia-style article. --Jaminux (talk) 09:07, 7 November 2022 (UTC)
