I noticed that braille symbols in japanese correspond to hiragana/katakana, not latin letters, and that system is also used in the Sealed Chamber. So the symbols on the pillars before entering the dotted hole correspond to "A" and "N", which are the first and last character in the hiragana/katakana system (sort of like A and Z).
