- For Generation I-III Pokemon distribution, the holder of the distribution cartridge only, there is no limiter.
- For Generation III unlock events (Eon/Aurora/MysticTickets), the game itself.
- For all Generation IV-V events, the game itself stores a list of all Wonder Cards ever recieved, blocking repeated Cards so you cannot get the same event twice. Bluesun (talk) 12:52, 14 December 2012 (UTC)
