Disguise, Confused, and Substitute

I'm not sure why this hasn't come up before, but I think it should be worth mentioning. If Mimikyu hits itself in confusion while behind a substitute, Disguise will still be busted through it. Does anything else that hit through substitute break disguise this way as well? - unsigned comment from Koetsu (talk • contribs)

Yes. Any attack that doesn't hit Mimikyu's substitute hits Mimikyu itself. And if Mimikyu gets hit by a damaging move, Disguise is going to take the first hit. You would get similar results from moves like Bug Buzz. --SnorlaxMonster 02:54, 19 July 2020 (UTC)
