Of course. TTEchidnaFire echyGSDS! 06:52, 26 January 2008 (UTC)

I have the screencaps of this dialogue (Diglett talking about his feet while Mudkip and Magnemite wonder about them). Shall I upload the image? Commanderraf 04:36, 22 March 2008 (UTC)

Yea, go ahead. --Theryguy512 13:28, 22 March 2008 (UTC)

Ok, I uploaded the image (http://archives.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Image:Diglett%27s_feet.png) and inserted it on the trivia section of Diglett's article. If anyone can find a better location or change anything for the better, please do. Commanderraf 17:55, 26 March 2008 (UTC)

Good, but it needs to be bigger. I've played around, but on preview it doesn't work... TESHIGIGAS RAWR!! 18:00, 26 March 2008 (UTC)
Done! After an intensive course on how to make gifs, I made the three images into a square gif and replaced the long image for this new animation in the article. Commanderraf 18:39, 26 March 2008 (UTC)

Cactuar

Anyone think they look a little like the Cactaur from the Final Fantasy Series? - unsigned comment from Manga-in-a-bottle (talkcontribs)

Gender Differences

We currently have "Gender Differences: None that can be seen above ground." and that's hilarious, but should we keep this? Literally, in-game, there are no gender differences. I'm not sure if this section is as game-literal as 'Colour', for example, but I don't think any official source hints any gender difference, and as Diglett's underside is not likely to be revealed, I consider it somewhat a false implication. Same for Dugtrio. Punkrockrevel 09:08, 8 June 2009 (UTC)

|heartgolddex=Its skin is very thin. If it is exposed to light, its blood heats up, causing it to grow weak.

Gen V

When sent out, Diglett and Dugtrio pop out from the ground as opposed to other Pokémon which appear midair. Good for trivia? Turtwig Lover 11:40, 31 October 2010 (UTC)

Canopy?

It says under "Habitat" that it is occasionally found in forest canopies. I was wondering when it was should to do this? I don't watch the anime anymore, so I'm guessing that's where it was shown. But there's no reference or citation. I just wanted to make sure it was confirmed. Thanks! Crystal Talian 21:48, 19 January 2012 (UTC)

It was in Pikachu's Rescue Adventure (here's a pic to confirm it).

Thanks! I figured it was in the anime. This makes the trivia about it only being seen in soil false, right? Should that be removed? Crystal Talian 22:31, 19 January 2012 (UTC)
I never noticed that was there... yeah it needs to be removed, it's redundant now. Vuvuzela2010 Δ 22:38, 19 January 2012 (UTC)

Similarity to worms?

Hey I was just wondering why this was in the origin section? It seems pretty clear that Diglet is a mole, and a homage to whac a mole. Why the worms comment? Flintlock (talk) 15:33, 17 August 2012 (UTC)

A quick PSA

Twice now i've had to remove "Diglett and Wiglett share the same base stats in the same distribution" trivia on either of their pages.

A pro-tip: If you plan to re-add the same trivia in the future, Please Stop. Also, please learn how to read a table.

Diglett
  • type=Ground
  • HP=10
  • Attack=55
  • Defense=25
  • SpAtk=35
  • SpDef=45
  • Speed=95
  • Special=45
Wiglett
  • type=Water
  • HP=10
  • Attack=55
  • Defense=25
  • SpAtk=35
  • SpDef=25
  • Speed=95

Edit 2023-04-12: Edited the "tables" since apparently the table templates i used caused the talk pages for Diglett and Wiglett to accidentally be categorized as Pokémon pages, whoops. Anzasquiddles (talk) 10:58, 12 April 2023 (UTC)
