::::Just to inform you, every move that take two turns to execute ({{m|Solar Beam}}, {{m|Razor Wind}}, {{m|Geomancy}}, {{m|Skull Bash}}, etc) all note more that one turn is involved in their descriptions. What's been circulating about Diamond Storm makes no indication of that. :::::Having obtained Diancie in my own Pokémon Y, I can confirm what EpicDeino has stated to be true regarding Diamond Storm.
