Is it use it claw?

Is crawdant and its evolution line are the only pokemon with no visible teeth that could learn crunch? Even girafig i can figure out that it open its mouth and bite but this lobster is it possible that it use its claw instead?- unsigned comment from Meearaimeng (talkcontribs)

No we can't because...Of course they use their claws.----無限の知性DENNOUZENSHI 14:34, 28 December 2010 (UTC)
Crawdaunt has a visible mouth. However, Shelgon (and possibly Pupitar) doesn't. --SnorlaxMonster 14:38, 28 December 2010 (UTC)
Pupitar's mouth is also seen in some occasion.----無限の知性DENNOUZENSHI 14:40, 28 December 2010 (UTC)

Breeding - I need answer

I have a couple of question about breeding moves.

First: How in any way Stunky (Field) can learn this move by breeding from Snorunt/Glalie (Fairy + Mineral) if they aren't in same egg group? (there is that information in this page)

Tell me if I'm wrong, the rule for what Pokemon can be father to transfer move is simple:

  • has to be male,
  • has to be in same group as female (+ be breedable),
  • has to know this move

Is it all? Becouse instead of group of pokemon in breed table, there could be only information, that Pokemon can learn move from matching father.

I want to know that becouse I want to make movelearn table on my Pokemon wiki and sorry-for-my-bad-english --Dominikololo (talk) 16:57, 29 June 2016 (UTC)

The criteria you've listed are correct. Female parents may also pass on egg moves starting in Gen VI, but since they can only pass to Pokemon in their same evolutionary line in most cases, it's usually used to pass on egg moves they already had been taught in the first place. As for the Snorunt/Glalie thing you mentioned, it's a mistake. Unfortunately, mistakes can slip in now and then, and since some Egg Move tables are large with a lot of different and repeated icons, mistakes have the potential to stay unnoticed for long periods of time. Thank you for pointing it out! VioletPumpkin (talk) 19:33, 29 June 2016 (UTC)
