The Physiology paragraph states that, "It also has two large long fluffs on its head just like its tail of which one is commonly used as a scarf." However, the ends of its tail and both head-fluffs, as well as the one used as a scarf, are clearly visible in both the official artwork and the sprites. Clearly, it is completely seperate.
