:::I don't see why it has to be anything specific. My brother's smashed his finger before and felt dizzy and disoriented for example. Cilan said Pansage had a fever. Fever isn't a symptom of a concussion. Not to mention concussions are typically immediate, if I remember correctly. Pansage was fine until dinner when he passed out. I'm not saying it's not possible, but it is fiction, so it doesn't have to be anything specific.
