Subway Master teams

It would be helpful if someone could do some research and find out the movesets on the Subway Master teams so the teams could be posted here. --The Great Butler 06:40, 22 October 2010 (UTC)

Even if you just have the Pokémon, it would be good if they were added. That way people can add to the movesets while battling. --SnorlaxMonster 08:06, 27 October 2010 (UTC)
I created a page detealing Subway Master's movesets ... maybe my page could be moved to an official one..http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/User:Crikko/Subway_Masters_Nobori_%26_Kudari --Criққѳ~* 09:45, 27 October 2010 (UTC)
Yeah, I just noticed that page. I think it could be safely mainspaced and have the teams placed here under the correct lines. Really now it's better to have Black and White info in the mainspace so that readers can see that we have it, even if it's not complete. --SnorlaxMonster 09:50, 27 October 2010 (UTC)
I've gone ahead and mainspaced your team templates from that page. --The Great Butler 06:44, 21 November 2010 (UTC)

If I recall correctly, Rotom formes aren't banned because they appear in all generation V games and aren't event exclusive.----無限の知性DENNOUZENSHI 17:11, 24 November 2010 (UTC)
Sweet, I had a feeling. I just needed confirmation. - Chosen of Mana 18:12, 24 November 2010 (UTC)
I can confirm this is right. Pikiwyn talk 21:51, 4 December 2010 (UTC)
Wait....... If Phione is no longer considered a legend, why did Game freak put it on the banlist AGAIN? I mean, Zorua and Zoroark are also event-only but they're not banned..... I'm not trying to argue about Phione's status, but this just confuses me.... Shiramu Kuromu 03:00, 12 December 2010 (UTC)
They probably copied the old banlist without really changing anything. Rotom forms would have been changed because they weren't banned in the same way. However, this is forum talk. --SnorlaxMonster 12:05, 26 December 2010 (UTC)

NPC pokemon teams?

I hear they're static, as Hilda (confirmed) used Accelgor and Eelectross in the Multi-train battles, but I want to make sure on that. And if they are static, should they be on Hilbert and Hilda's pages? Luna Tiger * the Arc Toraph 06:41, 3 March 2011 (UTC)

Add to template

I'm thinking we should add the Battle Subway to the Unova location template. Wish I knew how to do that. Okoa 02:47, 4 March 2011 (UTC)

Partner NPC Pokémon

Shouldn't there be a section here (or also in their pages) of the Pokémon that Hilbert and Hilda use as a partner? I have absolutely no problem to post them. ~MickBooterhood 23:00, 11 March 2011 (UTC)

If you have the data, go for it :) —darklordtrom 22:53, 11 March 2011 (UTC)
Do I need to do it in both the trainer's pages and Battle Subway or only here is needed? ~MickBooterhood 23:00, 11 March 2011 (UTC)
They would certainly go on the Trainer's pages. If they end up being lists as long as the ones on the stat Trainers' pages, then they probably don't belong here; however, if there are just a few, then they should go here too. If they don't end up going here, there should be a section link to Hilbert and Hilda's pages. --SnorlaxMonster 01:39, 12 March 2011 (UTC)

Worthy to note?

I've noticed that unlike the past facilities, the Battle Subway does not require the defeat of the Elite Four to access. Course with the current rules to help with the server I can't really add this as trivia at the moment, but I wonder if this is worthy to note anywhere? -Tyler53841 02:29, 15 April 2011 (UTC)

Train Descriptions

I think either this page or the page for Anville Town should list the descriptions the worker there gives of each line's train car. --AndyPKMN (talk) 16:19, 17 April 2011 (UTC)

Battle Subway Map

Shouldn't a full map of the battle subway lines be included in the article? [1] <- This, but blown up with visible names... --Pendragon2 19:05, 18 April 2011 (UTC)

It's a fairly basic image, with only right angles and 45 degree angles. It'd be cool if someone could trace it with a vector program; I think that'd be the best way to enlarge it. It could then either be converted back to a raster image or uploaded as is, depending on what the archives policy on vector images is. --AndyPKMN (talk) 22:52, 18 April 2011 (UTC)

Reformat?

Would it be better to reformat this like the Battle Frontier page? A section per subway line with information on awarding battle points etc. The subway bosses could be moved to the bottoms of the sections as well. Theviolinkid 23:12, 30 April 2011 (UTC)

Computer

In the Battle Subway there's a computer that says its "under construction", what is it? Pikiwyn talk 13:14, 4 May 2011 (UTC)

I got it working now, it records your rank etc for the wifi train. Pikiwyn talk 15:17, 4 May 2011 (UTC)

BP Yield

It doesn't say anywhere how many Battle Points you get for beating what in this article. This should be added Theviolinkid 03:00, 19 May 2011 (UTC)

Done. ~ Blitzamirin ~ 15:37, 27 July 2011 (UTC)

Wi-Fi

I notice the article doesn't really say much of anything about the Wi-Fi line. I haven't tried it, but I've heard there's some kind of problem. PLA 19:21, 5 September 2011 (UTC)

Super Lines requiring National Dex?

  • Shouldn't it be mentioned that one needs the National Dex as well to be able to participate in the Super Lines? (and does that apply to the Wifi Line too?) ---NateVirus(Talk|Contributions) 01:51, 15 May 2012 (UTC)
Added. I'm pretty sure you can use the Wi-Fi line pre-NDex though. --SnorlaxMonster 09:22, 19 May 2012 (UTC)

Legendary birds & dogs

Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres aren't on the banlist and aren't on the list of unused Pokémon by NPCs either, along with Entei, Raikou and Suicune... I'm just wondering if this is a mistake? --Maddiesapphire (talk) 03:30, 14 July 2012 (UTC)

I haven't actually participated in the Battle Subway yet, so I can't say for sure... As for banning, I would think that the Legendary Birds and the Legendary Dogs (or cats or gerbils or beasts...whatever they are) are permissible/usable in the Battle Subway by players and foes alike. Opponents and players are allowed to use the 3 Birds & Dogs in Hoenn's Battle Frontier facilities in Generation III, so I see no reason why they would be banned in similar facilities like Unova's Battle Subway... Then again, Pokémon Black and White are known to have broken a slew of past Pokémon trends, so I hope that someone with more experience with the Battle Subway can answer. Fenyx4 (talk) 22:28, 17 July 2012 (UTC)
Another legendary, Cresselia, isn't banned either, even though Darkrai, the other member of her duo, is. No idea why. Digifiend (talk) 13:36, 3 November 2012 (UTC)

Base Stats and Opponents

Should it be put in the trivia section that the opponents don't use pokemon under the base stat of 410? --Deviljho (talk) 20:19, 15 September 2012 (UTC)

Soul Dew

I tried using Soul Dew with Latias in the Single trains and it was banned, but Latias itself is allowed. I think this and any other items that are banned should be a part of the article (though I can't really think of any others that might be). ZellMurasame (talk) 03:39, 22 October 2012 (UTC)

The Soul Dew is banned because it raises their stats too much. It's banned almost everywhere. --Abcboy (talk) 03:40, 22 October 2012 (UTC)

Gear Station

It doesn't have its own article, and is not really notable. Does it warrant a section on this page? Also, does PWT BP allow you to buy items here too? --Abcboy (talk) 02:37, 26 November 2012 (UTC)

I suppose a section about the station itself would be a good idea. --SnorlaxMonster 03:35, 26 November 2012 (UTC)

Therian forms on "Excluded" list?

I've been through allot of streaks in the "Super" lines, and the trainers that use legendaries seem to still use the Kami trio's incarnate forms like B/W but not their therian's. Too add this up,none of the websites that show the listing of B/W2's subway pokemon ever mentions that the kami trio's therian formes are being used. So does this mean that they did not programmed the forms to be used by npcs and should be added to that list? - unsigned comment from Antlionerd (talkcontribs)

Therian formes can be used; I've done it myself. It makes sense though, since the only thing the new formes do is rearrange the Pokémons' stats. Don't forget to sign those comments, by the way! KyuremsIceBlade 01:33, 27 February 2013 (UTC)
Antlionnerd is referring to Battle Subway#Excluded Pokémon. They should be listed there, since due to the Pokemon used being the same as BW's, new Formes are not used. --SnorlaxMonster 05:25, 27 February 2013 (UTC)

Trophies in B2/W2

After clearing 49 wins in the Super Single line for the first time on Black 2, I got a message that I received a trophy at my house. Now, I never checked my house after getting 21 wins the first time, so I can't be sure there was a trophy there; if there was, it was "upgraded" after the 49-streak victory. Do we get trophies for both victories against Ingo (and Emmet, when appropriate), then? Or are they only awarded after 49 wins in a row? Something to look in to, as the info here isn't clear about it. Starscream (talk) 23:15, 17 June 2013 (UTC)

This is my original submission from May 20, 2012 (links removed): "When the Subway Bosses are defeated on the Super Single and Super Double Trains, a Trainer star is earned. The player is also given a trophy, for his or her room, when defeating the Super Single, Super Double, and Super Multi Subway Bosses for the first time, resulting in a total of three obtainable trophies." It remains unaltered, and I believe it answers your question; there was not a trophy in your player characters house after your 21 streak, whether you are referring to your 21st victory on a Super Train (no Subway Boss, regular Subway Trainer), or your 21st victory on a non-Super Train (not a Super Train, so no trophy, as above). Could you explain how "the info here isn't clear about it" so I can improve it? Perhaps the confusion arises from other parts of the article? Yvnr (talk) 07:19, 24 June 2013 (UTC)

Multiple Starf/Lansat (or other)?

It's not entirely clear to me, so I wonder if someone could answer me: can you get multiple Lansat or Starf Berries (or Rare Candy or PP Up) if you get a 105-/203-/whatever-win streak twice, on the same train? Or is only one given out, the first time you get that streak (for that train)? Tiddlywinks (talk) 04:35, 13 April 2014 (UTC)

You can certainly get the PP Up and Rare Candy multiple times. I have never gotten far enough to say for sure about the Berries, but I'm pretty sure it would be the case for them too. --SnorlaxMonster 06:03, 13 April 2014 (UTC)

Full Lists of Pokemon

Hey, I put together a full roster of Pokemon for both the normal and super lines. (List was big so I had to separate them.)

Not sure if Gen V is still relevant, but just wanted to make sure a reference that would have been so useful a while ago still has a space on this wiki. TehPerson (talk) 16:02, 14 April 2016 (UTC)
