:I haven't actually participated in the Battle Subway yet, so I can't say for sure... As for banning, I would think that the [[Legendary Birds]] and the [[Legendary Dogs]] (or cats or gerbils or beasts...whatever they are) are permissible/usable in the Battle Subway by players and foes alike. Opponents and players are allowed to use the 3 Birds & Dogs in Hoenn's Battle Frontier facilities in [[Generation III]], so I see no reason why they would be banned in similar facilities like Unova's Battle Subway... Then again, ''Pokémon Black and White'' are known to have broken a slew of past Pokémon trends, so I hope that someone with more experience with the Battle Subway can answer.
