::::Well I know that you admins do your job, but why don't you have a separate meeting (at least a part of you) and with the opinions on the talk page, decide what should be done ? I mean, there aren't so many candidates for deletion. The same thing happened to the awards. None has been given since 2011, and is that kind of motivation what an user needs. There's also a constant AIM chat that I will usually bring up stuff I ready to deal with on for opinions.
