::I most definitely watched that part of the episode. You don't need to have picked Piplup as a starter to know its evolutionary path. Even if Barry did have it in the Piplup stage, which we DON'T know if he did or not, that STILL doesn't prove that he picked it for a starter. For all we know, he could have caught a wild Piplup somewhere and ditched his starter. And before you go trying to disprove the possibility of catching a wild Piplup, just ask {{TP|Ash|Bulbasaur}}, {{TP|Ash|Chikorita}}, {{TP|Ash|Cyndaquil}}, {{TP|Ash|Totodile}}, {{TP|Ash|Treecko}}, {{TP|Brock|Mudkip}}, and {{TP|Paul|Chimchar}} about their lives before joining their initial trainers. --[[User:Shiningpikablu252|Shiningpikablu252]] 19:15, 5 December 2009 (UTC) | |||
