I will not argue that Arcues created Shinno but it's only stated that he MAY have created ALL pokemon and the Universe. But let's look at something. with everything I've noticed about the base stats of Pokémon on the Pokédex is that there are two Pokémon that have a completely even base stat spread (base HP=base Atk=Base Def=base SpA=base SpD=base Speed) Arceus has a 120-120-120-120-120-120 base spread effectively making it the strongest base Pokémon in the games to date, but there is one more Pokémon that shares the even base spread with Arceus, it is the weakest base Pokémon in the games to date, Sunkern, who's base spread is 30-30-30-30-30-30 (All stat spreads are in the HP-Atk-Def-SpA-SpD-Speed). | |||
