OK, so. I saw that the translation someone added (matching the thread posted above) was deleted by someone else on the grounds of "verifiability" (or lack thereof). However, there are a number of sources over the internet that translate the pillars to say the same thing. Regardless of whether or not the same method of translation is being passed around the fact is it works; I myself have literally just gone into the ruins and used it to translate some of the pillars myself into alphabet characters that (when read in the correct direction i.e. right to left & bottom to top and pieced together, since the pillars are scattered about) also corresponds to the message everyone else has gotten. Do it yourself, if you don't believe me. The fact of the matter is that symbols - whether or not they are cuneiform, which I personally cannot tell - can be translated and arranged into a coherent english message and I think they deserve to be added.[[User:Green Zubat|Green Zubat]] 00:42, 19 June 2011 (UTC)
