I'm playing Platinum and fighting against Aaron's (Second battle, level 67) Heracross and it used Megahorn against me. Several times. I read somewhere else that some trainers have a randomized 4th move. Perhaps the Elite Four fall under this as well. It also used Night Slash, Close Combat and Stone Edge.
