:::::You know what, you're absolutely right. Come to think of it, the move {{m|sandstorm}} doesn't make the weather sandstorm like it does in the game and {{m|water gun}} has done major damage in the anime even though it does little damage in the games. You know what, I am willing to admit it I was wrong. I do think the ability truant still works in the anime, but since several moves work differently in the anime I'm sure this ability also works differently. Of course I can't assume what the ability does in the anime, I know it does something, so that will remain a mystery.
