Susumu Chiba (Japanese: 千葉進歩 Chiba Susumu) is a Japanese seiyū for the Pokémon anime. He was born in Kanagawa, Japan on September 13th, 1970.

• Chiba voiced two Pokémon who belonged to Trainers who were played by Kenji Nojima. Both Pokémon were also the character's starter Pokémon, the Fire-type choice of their home region.
  • Nojima also voiced the second Deoxys in Destiny Deoxys, while Chiba voiced the first.
