She is a young woman who has a strong passion for {{type|Flying}} Pokémon, and even wears a {{p|Wingull}} themed outfit. She resides in the [[Aqua Resort]] on [[Sophian Island]] and has the ability to call down the Pokémon the player has captured in the sky with a pinwheel-like whistle. She also assigns the mission to calm down {{p|Articuno}}, {{p|Zapdos}}, and {{p|Moltres}}. After capturing Pokémon in the sky, by talking to her, the player can take them along as friend Pokémon.
