::I don't follow the anime so I'm not really in the know about that, but if it's sufficiently different from the games' lore, I'd say it's worth an add. ::: Well the Lore in anime is similar but slightly different notable how Necrozma loses its ture form the first time and how Solgaleo and Lunala were able to restore back to its true form by sharing their Light to Necrozma and with the help of the people of Alola.
