Trademarked Romaji aren't really the "correct" Romaji. They're just used on merch, that's all. They are often made of Engrish and fail to convey the intended meaning (like "Prasle" for Plusle). I don't really see how would Chillarmy be related to army. It doesn't wear a uniform or anything. -army is just an Anglicized phonetic spelling of -aamyi, which probably has some Japanese etymology (or is just some kind of sound effect).
