The distortion world IS a part of Sinnoh!!! How else could it be found under cycling road? It doesn't just materialize at will! It has to have somewhere! It is under the cycling road, as you can catch Giratina there... there is also the fourth lake of Sinnoh. Giratina has a part in the Sinnoh myths. If the lake trio has the three main lakes, and Giratina has the fourth, the distortion world is part of Sinnoh, and should be known as such.
