(Japanese: Soran) is a character of the day who appeared in BW099. He is a master of the sky while his partner, Rīku, is the master of the ground.
While Ash and his friends were in a maze, a Drilbur pops out of the ground and a Braviary flies from the sky. The two trainers come out from hiding and reveal to them that the Drilbur and Braviary belongs to them. Soran tells the group that they were able to easily defeat the Subway Bosses. Afterwards, they engage in a Tag Battle with Ash and Cilan.
