Shadow Down (Japanese: ダークダウン Dark Down) is one of several Shadow moves available only in Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness. Like other Shadow moves, it is forgotten and replaced with another move once the Pokémon is purified.

Effect

Shadow Down is a Shadow version of Screech. It lowers the Defense of both opponents by two stages each.

As Shadow Pokémon cannot be traded, and since Pokémon Contests do not exist in Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness, Shadow Down cannot be used in Contests.

Description

Games Description
XD A shadowy aura sharply cuts the foe's Defense.
